Many teas come from Asia and as the birthplace of tea, it's easy to think of China as the leader of the industry. That being said, there is a younger participant in the industry that has made a lot of headway in terms of tea innovation and production and has become the largest exporter of tea in the world: Kenya.

The Ultimate Debate: Tea vs. Coffee
I’m a tea lover who also used to adore a good cup of hot coffee. The more I started caring about my wellness and the amount of caffeine I was consuming, the more I became aware of the health impacts coffee can have on our bodies and minds. That is when I started looking for an alternative caffeine source and how I was converted to tea over coffee.
Mindfully sipping on tea can have powerful meditative effects. Tea is rich in natural plant chemicals with stress-reducing properties and the warm water is simply soothing. In my family, a cup of tea to help us feel better whenever we feel sad, scared, sick, or anxious is a cherished tradition that has always worked well for me. So, here’s a list of my favorite infusions that might help you as part of a treat(ment) to cope with negative feelings.
