Cancellation Policy

 We’d hate to see you go! But if you must, you can cancel your subscription in your account at any time. To cancel your subscription, you may:

1. email claire@teabyclaire.com with the subject: "CANCEL MEMBERSHIP"

2. when you signed up, you received an email from Recharge, the third party application that manages recurring orders. They sent you a link to your customer portal. To cancel, just login to your customer portal, go to the subscriptions page, click "edit," and hit “Cancel Renewal.”

If you cancel in the middle of a 3, 6 or 12 month plan, you will continue to receive boxes for the length of the contract, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your plan. If you want to stop receiving Tea By C boxes before the scheduled end of your plan, please contact us directly at claire@teabyclaire.com. If you request a refund for the remaining months in the middle of a prepaid plan, you will forfeit your discounted plan and be refunded the difference between what you paid, and the full $30 price per box for each month you were subscribed.

If you cancel a monthly subscription, you must cancel before your billing date in that month. Your billing day is the same day every month- the day you originally purchased the Tea By C subscription. For example, if you purchased the subscription on December 10, your next billing day is January 10 or the following business day.
