This Taiwanese oolong is a beautiful flower oolong, rolled into small balls that unfurl when brewed. This Jade Oolong was made by Xu Zheng Ren, a Taiwanese farmer that has been working in tea fields for 50 years. Tea farming is a family business and he continued in the tradition, inheriting growing and processing practices from his father before him. On a typical day he will spend 8-10 hours working in the tea fields.
